Due to the implementation of new regulations regarding duties and customs charges (after the removal of the reciprocal 10% tariffs), orders to the United States of America now require the duties and customs charges to be pre-paid, before being allowed into the country.
There is a 12.5% charge on orders to the USA that will be added to the total at checkout.
Orders to Germany and Denmark have also have had new regulations added, with duties and customs required to be pre-paid before entering the country. Australia Post and Zonos have advised that they are not able to safely send to Germany and Denmark without delay or risk of items being returned.
We can, however, send to both countries via DHL international courier, which is an additional AU$200 charge.
There is a 19% pre-paid estimated duties charge on orders to Germany that will be added to the total at checkout. And for Denmark, there is a 25% pre-paid estimated duties charge on orders, which will be added at checkout.
These new changes have been made to help streamline the delivery process for our customers in the USA, Germany and Denmark (otherwise delays can be experienced).
