Another year, gone like that. It’s already time to start finalising your online orders with us, to ensure that they will arrive in time for Christmas.
We’re currently in the process of migrating our current website to the new format, in time for all the pre-Christmas orders, as well. We aim to make the online shopping experience as easy, pain-free as possible.
Please see below recommended deadlines for Domestic (within Australia) and International orders in order for you to receive your order in time.
We send out our domestic orders within Australia via Australia Post insured Express Post (signature required). Anytime between now (Nov 7th) and Dec 19th will get there in time for you. East Coast Metro areas we can push that to Dec 23rd.
For International Orders, standard insured airmail takes up to 10 business days (not including any weather delays), so you would need to get your order in by Wednesday Dec 11th.
For EMS (International), which take 3 to 5 business days, deadline would be Wednesday Dec 18th, 11am (AEDST), and will incur an AU$40 charge.
For those wanting custom/hand-made settings in time for Christmas, custom settings take 3 to 5 weeks to complete*, so for International Custom orders, Thursday 14th of Nov would be the safest date to finalise these, and for Domestic Custom orders, Thursday 21st of Nov will be the deadline.
*This depends on the jeweller we use/setting you desire – some settings require extra time due to the work involved.
