It’s that time of year again, where we start to think about gifts for others (or for yourself for that matter). Our phsyical store (now celebrating 30 years) is open every day, 9am to 5pm, so keep that in mind in the lead up ot Christmas.
If you’re ordering online, however, here’s some deadlines and tips for you –
For International orders, deadline for overseas shipments (standard airmail) will be Wednesday December 9th, to help ensure delivery by Christmas Eve. If you are wanting the order Fed Ex’d (at an extra charge of AU$80), then the latest you can order to ensure delivery in time would be Friday December 18. Please make sure Fed Ex requests are made during the order process, and order needs to be completed by 10am (AEST) to ensure booking.
For Domestic orders, deadline for our WA, NT, TAS and SA customers using insured registered mail would be Thursday December 17. For Vic and NSW customers, we’d recommend finalising orders by Monday December 21. For North Qld, deadline will be Monday December 21 as well. All QLD metropolitan orders should only take 2 business days, so Tuesday December 22 should be fine.
Also note, we can arrange overnight couriers for any of the states in Australia, for an extra fee.
Customers who are ordering rings, and are needing ring resizes done, please allow up to a week.
For custom jeweller pieces, these do take up 2 to 3 weeks to complete, so you should really consider finalising by the end of November at the very latest (for Domestic orders) to get the item in time. For International customers wanting custom-made pieces, signing off on the design would be recommended by mid-November.
As always, we are here to answer any questions, so shoot through an email to email@example.com and we will get back to you.
