The Charis opal pendantCapturing the essence of Australia, Opals Down Under are proud to unveil the Charis Opal Pendant – a divine piece of wearable art – designed, cut and created on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.

Featuring a truly unique 9.10ct Queensland Boulder Opal with brilliant blues, emerald greens, and splashes of bright red and orange, the Charis Opal Pendant is set in 18k White and Yellow gold and was handcrafted by master jeweller Brian Richards.

This stunning pendant shows off an impressive 108 Diamonds (1 x 0.53ct G VS2 diamond, 1 x 0.13ct G VS diamond, 1 x 0.06ct G SI diamond, 12 x 0.015ct G SI diamond, 93 small G SI diamonds at a total of 0.85ct) totalling 1.75 carats, which beautifully complement the bold, rich colours of the Queensland Boulder Opal.

The pendant, developed by Opals Down Under’s Scott Coggan, has been designed to fully enhance the natural beauty of the Queensland Boulder Opal. A ‘sandspot’ – a natural flaw in the stone – has been carefully cut out and been replaced with a G SI Diamond, adding to the intricate beauty of the pendant.

The Charis Opal Pendant has now been made available to the public, with a retail price of AUD$29,900.
